Air-conditioning is included, there are timers in the bedrooms which provide either 2,4 or 6 hours of use. In the lounge the timer provides either 1,2 or 3 hours of use.

Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
A security deposit of £250 is required, refundable within 14 days of departure providing nothing has been broken, damaged or missing. The cost of any repairs or replacement items will be deducted from the deposit.
